Hi @Mumusic, welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you with the issue you are experiencing with your Sense. Thank you for the troubleshooting you have already tried.
Does the calculator you mention look like a phone dialer?
Make sure is not the device lock feature of your Fitbit device. If it is the case; you need to enter the code you have previously set. For more information about device lock see How do I use the device lock on my Fitbit device?
To discard my suspicion please share a picture of your device showing what you mention so i can investigate further.
Best AnswerHi I’ve figured it out and it’s back to normal now the main issue I’ve been having is after I’ve been swimming I can’t seem to unlock the water lock them I have to reset the Fitbit and lose my swimming exercise I know I’m supposed to tap the side button twice to stop my workout but it never works when I try that many thanks for your time
Best AnswerHi @Mumusic. There really seems to be a "sweet spot" in the timing of the two button pushes to disengage the Sense/Versa 3 water lock. I had to take my watch off and it still took 2-4 tries to get it to work.

Hi @Mumusic & @LZeeW, thank you for your responses.
You can actually turn on/off water lock by tapping the screen twice. If you don't see "Unlocked" appear on screen, try tapping harder.
However, i need to point out that water lock is available only for certain Fitbit devices. For more information about this topic, see Can I swim or shower with my Fitbit device? > What's the water lock setting on my Fitbit device?
If you find trouble interacting with the screen after swimming, see the tips suggested in our help article Can I swim or shower with my Fitbit device? > What should I do if my Fitbit device gets wet?
Best Answer@DavidFitbit You must push the button twice on a Sense/Versa 3 to turn off the Water Lock. Please see the explanation in this Help article. Different models have different instructions. You tap twice on the Charge 5, Charge 6, Inspire 2, Inspire 3, and Luxe.
