I have recently got a Sense and I cannot add my credit card to the Fitbit pay wallet. I keep getting the following message "unable to connect to bank or card network". I previously had the same card set up on my charge 3 which I have since removed. I have checked everything has been updated and it has. My husband has the same problem on his charge 5. We both have a pixel 3 and 4xl and the bank is Westpac, the card is a MasterCard. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for every step you have tried so far. I just confirmed that both of your phones are compatible with them Fitbit app. There was an issue with the Wallet app not allowing our users to add Mastercard from supported banks, which was reported to our team. They've confirmed to have resolved this situation, so please try adding your card one more time to see how it goes, and ask your husband to do the same. I'm in Australia and seem to be having the same issues as Emma re adding my Mastercard to my Versa 3 Fit Bit wallet, same error "unable to connect to bank or card network" my bank is compatible.
I've tried everything, resetting my Fit Bit, clearing cache's, turning my watch and mobile off and on, nothing seems to work. I have been lucky a couple of times where my card appears in my wallet, but when I go to verify an error appears and I need to remove it and start again.
Any help would be great.

I am have the same problem with my Sense watch and mastercard with a samsung s21 phone. According to customer service who I rang there is a problem with wallet and I was told to try again later, I would love to know how others have fixed the problem?

Tried a while ago - still can't add a card to my Sense.
I can't add a Mastercard Debit card from Alior Bank (Poland) either
