Unable to adjust settings on my Sense

New to Sense after Ionic recall. User for years of the products, I can't seem to change settings on the display., Seems to track movement and heart rate well, better than the Ionic

I can go into settings but most options are locked and not available for me to choose them.  I can get to Display settings but

Brightness is locked on Dim,

Screen Awake is locked on Button Only.

Screen Timeout is locked at 10s

Always On is lock to the Off slider setting

Clock face is locked to Digital

Status Indicators is the only one I can change

Other choices similarly locked all through the menu

Any ideas?

Hi @Peter_in_LA - Swipe your watch face to the right to get to Quick Settings and disable the Sleep (moon) icon and do not disturb icon if enabled and be sure to enable the wrist action (watch) icon.

Sleep dims the watch, blocks notifications and cancel the wrist wake icon.
