Unable to connect with online chat Support

I've been trying to connect with online chat support. Each time I input all the required info (and why do I have to input at least 50 characters for something as simple as "HR monitor not accurate" 🤔) I go through through the 'captcha' bs 🤐 and then I'm told I'm 2nd or 3rd in line. So I switch browser tabs so I can continue other things while waiting, only to find out when I return to the chat tab all my input info is gone and I have to start from scratch again 😧. After going through that scenario 3 times I'm then told my attempts have exceeded some limit and I need to "wait for some time" before I can retry connecting. What kind of bogus system is this? It's almost as if they don't want to help you and make it so pathetically trying for you that you just ultimately give up.

I just tried, after hitting submit a new page opens with a simple message saying the next person a soluble will be with me soon. 

When I went back to the tap, the same message was there. 

We might be able to help with the problem with your sense.

Thanks... the problem is not with my iphone but the web browser on my chromebook. I'm not certain what problem you are referring to though. The HRM?
