Unable to install ECG app on Sense

Il by fitbit sense but i have a problem regarding for ecg apps i can't download to my fitbit account idnt know why im using iphone pls help me

Thanks for sharing that the ECG app isn't installing on your Sense and let's work on this together. Please make sure your watch and the Fitbit app are updated to the latest version. Once that is done, force quit the Fitbit app, reboot your iPhone, restart your watch, sync with the Fitbit app and try installing the ECG app one more time.

If the issue persists, let me know the error message displayed so I can investigate on my end.

After the set up process, you'll need to wait a few days so you can be prompted to install the latest firmware version which is OS 5.1 (44.128.4.15) on your Fitbit Sense. Now, let me explain that Saudi Arabia isn't part of the supported countries where the ECG is available. This means that you won't be able to install or use this feature on your watch until it's been approved in your region. I'm sorry for this inconvenience and be sure that we'll continue working on our products and services. Aaaaw that’s sounds not good for me they never mention about that for
region in all selling advertising this watch is useless i preferred this
watch bcoz of thats apps

if this feature is not available in our region for Sense then the price of Sense should be less for our region.
