I'm having trouble with not being able to read my messages. I click open but no messages pops up. I even try to disconnect and connect again from the fitbit app and it is still not working. Don't know what else to do

@Jazzylee When you tap on the initial notification you get a short preview of the message. When you scroll down and tap open it opens the message on your cellphone, not the Sense.
