Unable to provide correct paperwork for replacement

I’ve just received my 4th warranty replacement (had 3 Ionics and 2 Senses) worrying in itself, but my issue is with the replacement sense pebble recently received, the paperwork (commercial invoice also used for customs) stated a replacement charge 3 band (I’ve never owned a charge 3 and did receive a replacement sense). 
Usually I’m impressed by Fitbit’s customer service but this time after much backwards and forwards they are saying they cannot email me the corrected paperwork when I believe this is a legal requirement in the UK. Has anyone else experienced a similar? 
I’m really shocked at this from a professional company and don’t think having a correct record for my own reference is a lot to ask.
