Unable to see VO2Max in the Fitbit app

As the title suggests I'm having issues with my fitness score and getting onto the more in-depth info.

I've seen people saying you should wear your Fitbit for a while for it to work, and another is to wear it whilst doing a 10 minute run with GPS on.

None of these seemed to have worked as I've clocked multiple 5k runs and I've been wearing my Fitbit for a few months with only occasional time off the wrist to charge it and shower.

I keep getting "wear your Fitbit tracker with HR enabled and log exercises with VO2max" and I'm completely out of ideas what to do.

Hi @MarcAnt92uk, welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for the information provided, as well for the steps tried on your own. To look into this, may I know the model of your phone? Also, if possible please take a screenshot of the message displayed on the Fitbit app and attach it in your reply. For instructions on how to attach a picture, see this post.

I'd recommend you to give a try to the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Check if the Fitbit app is updated.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
  5. Pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  6. Tap the heart rate tile, on the graph swipe to left and check your Cardio Fitness Score details one more time.
