I have an android phone. LG thinq7. Can't get my msgs to show on sense or reply. Please help! I didn't want my phone and my watch connecting for messages text messages Sarah I would have got the cheaper Fitbit. But I want to see my messages on my watch want to be able to reply to my messages on my watch help me please

Thanks for the detailed information and I'm sorry for this inconvenience. I just verified that your phone meets the compatibility requirement and to work on this together, may I know if you're able to receive other type of notifications? Also, was the "Preview Message" enable for notifications on your phone?

 

In the meantime, let me recommend the following steps:

  1. Forget your Sense from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby.
  3. On your phone's settings, tap Apps > Fitbit > Force Stop.
  4. Restart your watch to refresh its performance.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  6. Set up the notifications one more time.
