I just got the Fitbit sense and enabled everything right off the bat without realizing the huge power drain the Snore detection feature would be. I have the premium subscription. I saw the other topics on how to turn off snore detection but seems like it was just an app update?
I also can't seem to find my snore report either. When I woke up this morning, I saw the report, but now it seems like it's missing. I went to the restoration tile but doesn't have the option to view the snore report
Any help appreciated
Moderator Edit: Clarified subject
I don't have that option to deactivate. I should have mentioned that I've gone through Sleep --> Gear icon and searched for deactivate Snore. Also went through the Activity & Wellness --> Sleep tab and have not been able to deactivate through these methods. For my report, under restlessness area it only shows my oxygen variation and then gives me the tips for a restful sleep, why sleep is important etc but no option to view the report
Best Answer@Swolesaurus Are you checking on your phone or computer? It is on the phone under the sleep portion. I went to last night's sleep at opened the gear icon at the top and under bed time reminder there was Snore & Noise detect and I unchecked detect snoring
I'm checking through my Fitbit app on my phone. I'd upload a screenshot but not sure how to 😅 Keeps saying I don't have permission to upload images
But I do have the bedtime, wakeup time, reminder options. Just no Detect Snoring option
Best AnswerI'm on Android Samsung s9+ if that helps. All up to date on the phone, fitbit app too (version 3.52)
Best AnswerSeems like this is an issue that they have had for a while with Android users not being able to see it.
Again, much like the heart rate inaccuracy, I haven't seen anything about how/when it will be fixed.
Best Answer@Swolesaurus Looks like someone uninstalled and reinstalled their app and it worked, but seems like an odd fix.
Best AnswerI saw and read that post too but seems they were able to get a fix through an update, at least that's what I'm guessing from the comments
Best AnswerOk found a fix for it. Had to clear all data/cache from the Fitbit app and re-login to the app. Went to the sleep tab and detect snoring is now there
Best AnswerYeah no kidding. I only got it yesterday afternoon and charged it to 100% then woke up to a 65% battery xD

Hi there, @Swolesaurus. @AtrainT13 Thanks for your great help and screenshot provided.
@Swolesaurus Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for every step tried prior to posting. As you mentioned, there was an issue when the Snore Detect option that wasn't appearing on the Fitbit app. While this was resolved by our team at that time, I'm glad you were able to sort this out.
Let me share that this feature will track the overall noise level around you and check for snoring throughout the night which can last for several hours. For this reason, you may have to charge your watch more often. I'm sorry for this inconvenience and please know your feedback will be passed along so we can improve this feature.
I hope you enjoy the experience with your new Sense and let me suggest reviewing the User Manual to learn more about its features. You can always visit the forums to receive help from the Community.
