Unknown Caller on Sense

Just got a Sense today. All notifications are working great but when I get a call it says unknown, whereas when I get a text message I get the contacts name. Wife has one too and it works fine.

Using Android 10 on Samsung A10E.

Do incoming calls show properly from whom on the phone?

Also try testing the connection from the phone app

click on your profile [top left]

click on your device [middle left]

scroll down to Notifications and click

click on the 3 dots [top right] and send a test call - you should see incoming call - test call

The test call displays properly on the sense and yes calls display properly on the phone. I changed my phone app from drupe back to stock Samsung and now it displays "View" when I get a call.
