@KarenLeRouz Hello! Did you make sure that Always On Display and Snore Detect aren't on? Those can drain the battery very quickly.
I would also try to sync your Sense and then a complete factory reset on it and remove it from your phone, then start over as if it were a brand new device to see if that helps.

Hi @KarenLeRouz - just in case it may now not be charged, check that it is actually charging when you plug in the charge cable, it should show something on the watch or start by itself.
If not, check the cleaning and charge cable, often a problem - see the links and details in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
