Using Coach App on Sense

I still am confused about this.  Can I change the workouts I see in the Coach app on the Sense so that they are things I can actually do? (I'm not getting any younger).  I can't find anything that properly explains this.  FYI: I have Fitbit Premium

Hi @ConnieL429 , I'll be glad to explain you the workouts on the Fitbit Coach app on your Sense. 

The workout shown on the Fitbit Coach app, are randomly selected. They will change within a few days. 

You can always do the Coach workouts of the Fitbit Coach or Fitbit  app.  

As you already have Fitbit Premium you 'll be able to access the workouts from the app on your mobile device.

At this time it's not possible to select the Fitbit Coach workouts to be shown on your Sense.

Thank you very much for this helpful response - I have had the same question as well. Since it is not possible to customize which videos appear on the Sense's Coach app, is it possible to uninstall the Coach app or at least hide the icon?

Hi @Witty_username , I'm glad that the information was helpful.

You can uninstall the Fitbit Coach app from the Fitbit app on you mobile device. 

Please go to your profile picture>Sense>Apps. 

From here you can select what apps should be installed on you watch.

@ConnieL429, I have something to add to my previous reply. If you have a Premium Fitbit Coach account linked to your Fitbit account (Fitbit Premium), you have 1 personalized workout and 4-6 recommended workouts on your watch.
