Every time I try to track a walk with GPS on my Fitbit it either
a. won’t connect
b. Connects then immediacy restarts my Fitbit
c. Works then at a random point in the walk just turns off (I’ve tested this both on my wrist and off, in case I was accidentally pressing the button)
I’ve restated it, I’ve reconnected it, I’ve made sure my phone is on next to it, I’ve left it in one spot to connect to the GPS initially, I’ve tried waiting for it to sync before starting, I’ve left it to do almost a half hour “walk” in one spot to configure the GPS, it just turned off half way through…
I’m really at a loss for what to do, please can someone help?
