Verification code being sent periodically

For the past few weeks I have periodically been sent a Fitbit verification code, like what is needed for 2 factor authentication. Does this mean someone is trying to hack my account? How do I make this stop? It’s happened a handful of times, when I have not prompted a new sign in or anything like that.

Same here! Why does it keep doing this?

@SarahT4 @Thatladyfrommn  that means someone is try to login to the forums. Once logged in with a correct password if you have 2 factor authentication enabled, it sends you a code. You then put in the code the login prompt.

So if you are not logging into the forums, then change your password, someone knows it and is using it.
