Hi is there a short cut to view sleep on the watch it's self thank you ....

Hi, yes. Swipe up on the watch face. If it's not shown, you can click on manage at the bottom to add it, or swipe left and click the Today app.
Incidentally, You can drag the Today app icon to the first place so you only have to swipe left once and click.

@Manxyfive If you want to add it to your widgets, swipe up and tap on manage. Tap on Advanced Stats. It is there with other Advanced Stats. If you just want to find it in your Today app, choose Today, then swipe up to Edit. Tap on Edit, add it there, then swipe up to tap on Save. It will show your time asleep and sleep score. You can tap on it to get more detailed sleep information.
