Voice assistant keeps sending push notifications to set up

Bought new Sense 3 weeks old, firmware is up to date, IOS app is up to date, however, sense is continually sending push notifications to set up voice assistant. Has been happening about 4 times an hour all day. App on phone is disabled and even putting sense on do not disturb hasn’t stopped it annoying me all day.

 

very disappointing experience so far with Sense.

 

any advice anyone can give?
