My Fitbit won't let me respond to a text using the microphone. I keep hitting start and it doesn't budge. I rebooted didn't seem to help

Hi @mnriley59, great to see you in the community.

 

I assume you are using Android (voice replies don't work on iOS), which model of phone are you using? 

 

Try opening the Fitbit app on your phone and then try the following - tap on your profile picture - tap on Sense in the device list - scroll down and tap on notifications - toggle voice replies off and then back on again. Try replying to a message via voice and see if it works now.

After trying so many things eventually got rid of the issue by turning on the enable dictation settings.
