Wallet app on Sense not working

Wallet stopped working. Have tried the usual things and the scanners don't recognize the primary card or any other card for that matter.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Just to confirm, do you see an error message when trying to use the wallet app? Is your Sense syncing correctly? Also, what's the name of your bank?

In the meantime, let's give a try to the following steps:

  1. Check if the Fitbit app is updated.
  2. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Sense > Wallet.
  3. Select your cards and remove them from the app.
  4. Restart your Sense to refresh its performance.
  5. Add your cards one more time and test your watch in the next days.
