Do new watches finally fix the problem of displaying Hebrew in correct direction, right-to-left?

@MikeGn I hope you are doing fine.

Thank you for your inquiry about Hebrew text on the Sense. The Sense will show Hebrew text the same as previous models but you can share your idea on how to improve this feature in our Feature Suggestions board. Search for the idea first to see if one already exists so you can add your vote. The more votes an idea gets the more likely the developers will try to implement it. I found this idea that you can vote for here.

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks Alvaro, sharing the idea is useless - the Suggestion board is full of such a suggestions dating back to 2015. It seems Hebrew is simply insignificant for Fitbit - not enough sales potential.

Why it took so many years to support Hebrew is beyond me. At this point if you support the characters, right-to-left should have been supported as well.

Hello Fitbit, was the problem solved in the forthcoming Fitbit OS 5.0?

As far as I know the way Hebrew characters are shown remains the same in the new Fitbit OS. If you have any ideas on how to improve Fitbit products then you can share your idea in the Feature suggestions board as explained in my previous post.

Keep me posted.

I had the Sense for all of an hour before returning it. The Sense uses Fitbit OS 5.0. Right to left has not been fixed. As a matter of fact, Hebrew is not even supported. It shows up as blocks. Called tech support about it and they said they will forward it as a suggestion to their developers.

@HarelFrumkin sorry to hear that this is the case. As mentioned before (and corroborated by our Support team) then one thing you can do is add your vote to the suggestion to let our developers know many users are interested in this. Still thank you for giving the Sense a chance and trying it out.

I'll be around.
