Hello.
I have had my new sense a week and it keeps shutting itself down. It is updated with thr new software. What do I need to do?

By shutting down, @Rae0710, do you mean that it becomes unresponsive to either a double tap of the screen, or a press of the side button? Do you have to manually start it pressing and holding the side button? If the latter, you need to contact support.
