What does the exercise goal on Sense mean?

I'm new to the Fitbit Sense after many happy years with a Fitbit One, and am still getting used to a lot of the features.

Could someone please explain to me what it means in the Advanced Stats where it tracks the number of days this week that I've exercised? Mine is currently telling me "6 of 5 days this week." I'm not following what that might mean.

Thanks.

That means your weekly goal is 5 days of exercise sessions per week (the default, I think), and you have 6 days.

An exercise session means anything recorded with the Exercise App on the tracker, or auto-recognized for the minimum time.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thanks @JohnnyRow, that's what I needed to know. I've found the setting and now my weeks have 7 days.
