What happened to reliability?

My Ionic worked flawlessly. I did the recall and got the Sense. I've had it for a day and I'm over this. Customer service wasn't much help. Multiple hard resets, and trouble shooting attempts. The heart rate monitor refuses to read. Only tracks step count. Waited several weeks for refund and shipping of new watch to just be severely disappointed. One bummed out customer who has now started looking elsewhere for a watch that works.....

I too am very disappointed in not only the fitbit Sense but the fitbit charge 5 as well. The charge 5 has giving me issues with the gps. The sense is giving me issues with the heart rate being very inaccurate. I called customer support and had them send me a new charge 5, in the mean time I purchased another Sense to make sure I didn't have a bad one. The new Sense was even worse, my charge 5 came back and still having issues with gps not knowing where the heck I am. Keep in mind I walk the same route everyday and it is in the wide open no trees or power lines. If the heart rate is off everything else will be off. Frustrated and I too am looking elsewhere....
