Hi, I am unable to connect my I phone 12 to my WhatsApp notifications. I tried all the steps in the advisory. Can you please help me

My Fitbit does not show me WhatsApp notifications. As I have an I phone 12 it doesn’t connect. I tried all the steps advised for other phones but it just doesn’t work and it does not show me in the available apps like FB notifications
