When will sense be updated fixed

Curious with the amount of syncing issues, incorrect hr etc when is the update to fix these issues coming out?

Hi @Bryan1981, welcome to the community.

Unfortunately Fitbit don't seem to publish ETAs for upcoming updates. All we can do is make sure that the mobile app is up to date, that the fitbit is syncing regularly and wait for the update banner to appear. I do recall Fitbit mentioning that Google assistant voice responses would be coming early 2021, so perhaps that indicates a FW update will come around this time too.

Totally agree. Even Apple updates iPhone more often and consistently fixed bugs. Fitbit is really slow in fixing and new features introduction

Apple has the advantage of being the author of the software, hardware, and firmware on both the phone and the watch. 

Fitbit is simply the author of the app watch hardware and firmware and phone app. They have to make the app work with many different phones from many different manufacturers, each with their unique spin on and unknown version of the OS. 

Even with care full releases, as we recently saw, things stop don't go smoothly and it may take another week to work out a kink.

When will the sense be getting a decent firmware upgrade to fix the countless issues? I think all sense users deserve a rough answer at least
