Prerecorded Sense 31 Aug 2020 and Fitbit took payment yesterday but no shipping so far...Contacted Fitbit who supplied me with a receipt (none sent unless I asked). Shipping not before 3 days hence.... followed by 5 to 7 days delivery...I questioned Fitbit statements concerning payment on shipping without receiving a satisfactory answer ..." just following usual Fitbit pre-order procedure"
So, "usual Fitbit pre-order proceedure" appears to be.... pre- order then take payment then wait at least 5 days for earliest ship followed by 5 to 7 days courier delivery ...payment to delivery 10 to 13 days!....all with scant email notification unless you ask for it...
Fitbit might produce great products but their sales administration and delivery are in need of a serious shake up.

I was charged Friday but have not received shipping information. Does anyone know how these are being shipped in the US (USPS, UPS, FedEx)? UPS is notorious for leaving items at the wrong apartment in my area so I'd like to keep an eye on it if they are delivering.

I’m from Canada and they charged my cc last week but nothing yet 🤦:female_sign:So excited tried customer service they were wishy washy so no answers anyone else ?

I am in Canada too and bought mine through Best Buy Sept 17 , cc not charged yet, and Best Buy still says "processing' and "Delivery arrives as early as September 25"

Received in NC! I am fully charging it before I set it up. It came about 60% charged. It is a different cable from the Ionic.

I just remembered that I selected 2-day business shipping. Maybe that's why it hasn't shipped yet?
For those in the US, where is your Fitbit being shipped from, I have some FedEx texts but I have no idea what companies they are from, only have locations.

That was exactly it, I got the email just now. So much for the 2-day shipping getting it here any earlier, but I should get it on Friday. But they are using FedEx, and my FedEx delivery people either leave the packages on the ground or leave a notice on the door and never bother to ring the bell. I may have to put a big note up on the door to ring my buzzer.

I pre-ordered mine on the 9th, the charge finally showed up as "pending" in my bank account on the 18th, and yesterday it disappeared from my account completely. So I'm confused as to when mine will actually be shipped. No emails other than my original order confirmation.

I'd wait until closer to Friday. Technically it said ship "by" Friday 9/25, which is launch date. So they may not be able to ship all until 9/25. Also now it says product is on "backorder" but still ships "by 9/25". I would hope they fulfill orders first come first serve, meaning those that preorered in August should get their devices shipped prior to orders placed yesterday.
There's always the possibility the demand for these devices is much greater than they were anticipating which could cause some hiccups in the process for them to fulfill orders. If by Sat 9/26 orders still haven't shipped and there's no update/communication then it's fair to ask Fitbit what's going on.

As others have posted, I too saw a pending charge on the 18th, then it disappeared by Monday.
Yesterday afternoon, my order status (on the website) changed to "processing order for shipment"
This morning I received an email that my order is shipping along with a FedEx tracking number. I selected overnight and it appears it will arrive tomorrow, so excited! (I'm getting the Sense, my first smartwatch, have been using FitBit trackers for years).

I'm in the US, I placed my order for a Sense on Monday and today I received an email saying my order was shipped via Fedex Smart Post (i'm assuming this is delivered to the door by USPS). I ordered the Carbon/graphite stainless steel version. Not sure if what color people ordered matters, Fitbit may have different inventory levels depending on color.

I called customer service this morning to see if I could change my shipping from standard to expedited (and pay the difference of course) since my order status is still processing and my bank has not been charged yet and they said since my order is processing I can't make any changes or cancel it. So I asked if that means it's shipping soon and they said Friday so I'm a bit disappointed that I may not get shipping any earlier (although I'm hoping that's just the general answer). My order status has been "processing" since the day I ordered it so I thought maybe there was still time to make the change. I didn't know standard shipping would be SmartPost and I'm a bit nervous because USPS has been good at losing my packages lately. And honestly I thought FitBit would have been better about getting pre-orders out before the launch date so no need for faster shipping but it is what it is and I'll just hope for the best!
