The address seems incorrect.

your address shows up there.
I've gone onto robot chat and it said it has sent a message to the driver for the door number

FYI I am in Canada, ordered through Best Buy on Sept 17 and arrived via Canada Post on Sept,25.
Everything seems to function as expected so far.

Exactly the same....thanks for the info...very odd, Fitbit told me the shipping data was invalid and I had to wait up to 7 days for new tracking
Also, there is no House number!!...Fitbit never complies with the good business practice of "make it easy for your customer".

I'm thinking the lack of a house number might be a security thing.
I've checked my address on my fitbit order and house number is on there.
I was also tempted to do the "deliver to my neighbour"
Never again. Atleast I know amazon deliver, thought they did annoy me when they put my kindle through the post box and a 4 foot drop to the ground :-<

WOW. Fitbit just lost a 12-year customer. After contacting support thru chat 3 times, calling twice, I finally was told my order was canceled by them for having an outdated free shipping promo code. 🤣 I ordered the Fitbit on August 30 thru the Fitbit website pre-order. The system automatically submitted the free shipping code/promo. This is poor customer service, to say the least.
