Where is the Settings App - iPhone

I want to change basic settings such as:  Display brightness, Screen timeout, Always-on display.  Page 23 of the User Manual tells me to adjust these in the Settings app.  For the life of me, I cannot find where this is in the App.  I'm sure it's a simple thing that I'm missing.  Thanks

On the Sense on wrist, not in phone app.  From main click face, scroll right through apps; Settings will be one of them.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
