@JeffMindlin all features and sensors you listed, including SpO2 will be available. ECG after approval (prolly around Xmas or early next year, but no firm date). AFib, ECG, spo2, sleep phases etc do not require premium. Behind paywall there will be:
HRV, breaths per minute during sleep, separate HR chart during sleep (kinds useless), trends, history, detailed reporting.
Hope that helps.

I agree, people need to know what they are getting, and if certain features are delayed in certain countries. Also which features will be premium only.

”The UK has now entered a transition period in which it will negotiate future business and trade agreements with the EU. The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) recently confirmed that, during this transition period, the UK will stay aligned to EU law. The transition period is due to end on Thursday 31 December 2020.”
So, Fitbit is in a hurry to get the CE approval before 31 december 2020, or they might have a problem on the UK market depending on the result of the BREXIT negotations, and it seems like that the negotations would land in a hard BREXIT with no trade deal at all?

Yes all correct (except you described the UK contingent as brexit negotiators instead of fools who are ruining my children’s future).
So that tells me I should not buy now but wait.
And it does not alter the fact that he seller of this device needs to be clear and tell me what is for sale now.

Better wait for reviews imo.
This seems to be a rush release driven by some factor unknown to me.
Even Fitbit support doesn't have answers to simple questions.
Basically we don't get any benefit on pre-order so why not wait a bit? 🙂

Version 1.0 of anything be it Software or Hardware is prone to bugs and issues .
Always better to wait for reviews and real world use before buying it.

I was wondering the same thing for Europe.
It seems that all sales strategies are towards the US market if you read the tiny letters.
Too bad they don't include much about other markets. I hope it will still be usable.
