I’m clearly sleeping long enough. The band is tight enough. So why won’t it work correctly? Why does the app get to decide not to work? The link that says “why did I get simplified” does not have any useful information. Why can’t you just fix your app to work reliably.

What does heart rate look like over that period?

Try this and see if any data comes in.

1. On fitbit app, go to the sleep tile.

2. Click on the sleep date that you didn't get all your data

3. Click on the dots and choose 'edit log'

4. Tell the log that you've gone to sleep 1 minute earlier than what it says. Save it.

5. Go to your health metrics and see if the data now appears.

6. Repeat for all problematic days!

For next night to see if helps:

Restart watch. Log in and out of app. Restart phone.

The heart rate is there and completely normal. I’ve tried the edit log, normally that works but it isn’t now.
