Why is the return process is so complicated?

I want to return the Sense device I purchased (because it sucks), but it is almost impossible to do that.

I just want to ask, does Fitbit do that on purpose, so that consumers get frustrated and give up?

I swear to God, I will never buy anything from you.

Hi @Karagoz  each retailer has their own ways of allowing returns. Fitbit gives us 45 days without any questions to return our devices, but we need to get their authorization to do so. What's going on in your case? If you bought it from a local retailer, they only give 14 days at most to return the item.
