Why do you not delete 'unavailable' clocks? Out of 20 'free',clocks that I looked at, 14 were 'unavailable'. Would this be classified as 'false advertisement'?

Hi, @SMART-WATCH-USE, I haven't been able to replicate your problem. May I suggest you try again later ensuring you have a stable internet connection?
Cheers

Hi @SMART-WATCH-USE - when you do a Google search for free clocks it returns clocks for all watches.
Not all clock faces are designed to run on all watches, you can check to see if Sense is listed as a supported watch.
Alternatively if you search using the Fitbit App it will only return clocks that are designed for your watch, but the search criteria may not be as sophisticated.
There is also another case where clocks for your watch are marked unavailable, that is if they were built for a later OS version than the firmware version you have installed on the watch. If you are running the latest firmware this won't be a problem.
What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update? shows the latest firmware version normally, sometimes there may be a lag publishing it.
