My Fitbit Sense has just fallen off my wrist 6 times now (band separates from watch). It's only a few months old. Usually happens when I'm just sitting down. Anything I can do or anyone else had this problem?

Mine fell off recently. When I looked closely, I realised I had put it in the wrong way round. 😲

@Ginz2210 Welcome to the Fitbit community.
I always do a pull test when I swap bands. If you do that and it's still getting undone, your skin is somehow pulling on that plastic release mechanism.

Mine is only 7 weeks old and tonight my wristband did the same thing. I tried using 4 different bands, and they all did the same. Something is wrong on the bottom of the face where it’s supposed to hold the one end of the wrist band. It’s not working all of the sudden. Doesn’t matter what band I use. I contacted Fitbit and they said this is not covered under warranty. So now I have a watch that I have only had for 7 weeks that I cannot even wear. Very disappointed!!!

@Amy66 So if you put the band in and pull once or a few times, it'll come out easily without even pulling all the release?
Is the plastic release part flush and not stuck open?

@Amy66 Sounds like the release mechanism is getting pulled somehow. Is your skin close or touching it? I have a gap while wearing it.
