Wrong time on Sense after charging

I lost my fitbit charger and of course it was right where i left it. Now its all charged, the time is wrong, i have looked at the app version of an answer on the way to change it, NO that does not work. I have a sense watch. can anyone give me a lay-mans version on the way to change it as i am not tech savvy.

It will set time right when it syncs.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

@AussieOldie Thanks for the details shared in your post. I appreciate your efforts and would like to confirm that time on your watch should be corrected when you sync it.
