app dashboard dark

My app screen is dark. 

The clock screen is bright.  When I slide to app, my watch is dark, it is hard to see the screen.  But if I click one app, for example, setting or excises, it is bright again.  I  set u the brightness "MAX", but no changed.  Anyone has the same problem?

Never heard of such a problem, Madison, but try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

Have you accidently put it in sleep mode? Moon icon on quick settings screen ( swipe left from clock screen)

I was not on sleep mode. I shut it down and turned it on, it is good now.
