why is it so damm hard to have some support from Fitbit. hours and hours to hardly get any answers and contact, just write in a forum. what is expected that clients should solve each others problems?

yes I did and only appear 4 options one is calling 0800 number is this a free-of-charge phone number ? otherwise I have only seen post on community o write on twitter and menstrual health tracking.
I have reached to the point, that I just want to give back my sense 3 I feel cheated.
