I got a message of fitbit saying the security on my card would be running out and not to do anything as my card would be deleted automatically and I woul dthen have to re enter the card details and everything would work again. The card topped working onmy sense, as expected, except the card never deleted. I tried to do this on the app myself but would not let me in to hte wallet. I finally managed to get the card delted by resetting my account after trying numerous things suggested on this forum.
I am still unable to enter the wallet app on my phone. When I tap into the wallet app it gives me the choice to change to google wallet or remainon fitbit pay. If I tap on not now it says checking wallet and then either comes back as error, back to the dashboard page or out of the app altogether. Same if I tap to cahnge to google wallet.
I have tried factory rest on watch. Deleting the app and starting over. Force stopping and clearing cache. everything that has been suggested by every other problem with these watches. I am just wondering if anyone has a solution to this as FItbit keep writing back with rudimental answers and not listeing to what I am saying to them. Would deleting my account altogether and starting again help?
