Welcome, @cheryld524. It's great to see a new face around.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. This is odd and to work on this together, let me recommend trying the following steps:
- Please proceed with the Sense setup process.
- Once you're done, tap your profile picture > Sense > On-Wrist Calls > Start Setup. If you're unable to start the on-wrist call setup, open the Settings app on your watch, > Vibration & Audio. In the On-wrist calls section, tap Sense Controls, and then proceed to the next step.
- On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth. Your phone scans for available devices.
- When you see Sense Controls as an available device, tap it and you'll get a number on your phone screen.
- If the same number match with the one displayed on your Sense, tap Pair.
- Return to the Fitbit app on your phone and tap Done to complete setup.
Please note that the Sense Controls might be listed as “Not Connected” in the list of Bluetooth settings. However, the controls will automatically connect as soon as you receive a phone call.
Hope this helps.
