lastest update taking over 7 hours to complete?

I have been trying to run what I guess is the latest update via bluetooth and it's been taking all day, well over 7  hours. Is this normal, will my tracker even work after this?

That is not even close to normal.

It finally finished and it is now at Firmware 44.128.5.49. So I guess it worked. I have no idea why it took all day but it was also on the charger during that time and very close the bluetooth device doing the update.   Thanks all for getting back to me
