I received an email offering a replacement Fitbit. Is this a good email or is it a scam? I have a Sense.

Sounds scammy to me.  Never heard of that.  There's no reason to be replacing a Sense, unless you have been dealing with Fitbit Help and they agreed your particular one has a problem meriting replacement.  Check the actual email address it came from.

The Ionic has been recalled but not any other models.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
