i have had my sense for over a year... generally no issues and have been happy with the product but last night it drained completely even though it had a good charge before going to bed and after i recharged it , its now burning hot and ripping through the battery fast even after multiple resets its draining battery fast. no idea whats gone wrong

Hi, @mjdr, welcome to the community, it's a pity you are having problems with your "Sense". It's clear these issues should not be happening. As your device is getting hot I recommend you talk to "Customer Support" here, Use the chat facility or phone for a prompt response.
