sense not working.

Ok my wife and I have the same phone and got our sense at the same time and same place. We have checked all the settings on the phone and the sense all are the same. Hers is working good with no problems. The one I have will not give me a snore report, heart rate, breathing rate or any thing. Now when I have it on the charger it gives me 6 two 12 floors and when I  am setting I can get up to 4 floors. I have reset the sense 4 times reset back to factory 3 times uninstalled the app 4 time adjusted the position on my arm and even changed arms. I also have the premium. Do I have a lemon that should just be junked.

I do agree, you probably do have a lemon.  Is there a way you can take it back to the store you got it from and ask for an exchange?

I would like to but we are in Mexico for the next 5 months. Any ideas of a fix that I may have overlooked?

Unfortunately the only advice would be to contact Support directly using the link at the bottom of the page. Unfortunately there's nothing that we...the users can suggest really to "fix" it.
