strange boot loop

My Fit Bit sense is caught in a strange boot loop, cycling through the Fitbit start-up logo to the watch face to shutting down then booting back up and starting all over again. 

 

Anyone else having this issue?

Update, the touch screen doesn't work at all anymore.

My son's Fitbit Sense is doing this also.
