I started noticing issues with my sense on July 4th. It stopped after a swim session and didnt start for a couple of days. When it started working again i faced battery draining issues. It has stopped syncing for the past 4 days and wont show the correct time either.
I have tried the basic restart options but am dreading the factory reset but seems that may be the only option. What would i lose if i opt for factory reset at this stage? are there any other suggestions for my issues?

Hi @DwM-Sense - unfortunately it seems the watch is severely physically damaged (from water inside) with those symptoms.
If a watch is not syncing it can neither set the time right or upload any recorded data since it stopped syncing.
A factory reset won't make it physically undamaged and will wipe all data not uploaded from the watch, if it is even going to complete, it may not.
If it gets hot when charging stop immediately.
