text notifications to watch

Can't get the text notification to stay on. I set it to on, in the app,  and maybe one text will show up on my phone (Pixel 4A) then it basically shuts off the notifications to watch (sense)

Hi @St5775  -  check you don't have battery saving enabled on your phone which is shutting down Bluetooth or the Fitbit App.

@St5775  - try clear Fitbit App cache and force stop. Or also logout of the Fitbit App and restart both watch and phone, then resync.

 

Try the SimpleCheckUp app. This will tell you when you last synced and if its connecting to the Fitbit App, directly on the watch, so you will know immediately if there is a connection problem that causing the problem.
