I'm curious what the 'normal' times you are restless is.

Hi corieann, the sleep test isn't so bad. First test they hook you up to a bunch of wires from head to toe in a comfy bed with your choice of pillow. I was made to sleep on my back so the wires didn't keep coming undone. That was tough for me because I'm a stomach sleeper. I didn't get much sleep at all that night. That didn't seem to matter for the results though.
The next time you go they will have determined your particular problem and will decide a course of action, in my case it was a cpap machine. I slept there again with the machine on me this time and they determined what pressure to keep me at. Within a week of me getting my home machine setup my life had taken a massive turn for the better. Also the ritual of wearing the mask every night seems to get me into sleep mode and I'm able to fall asleep within 10 minutes of lying down.
If you have any questions feel free to ask, I hope you get to sleep better soon. In the meantime check out this thread https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Sleep-Better/5-tips-to-improve-sleep/td-p/1719561/jump-to/first-unre...
Good luck!

I show a lot of restlessness to I think it may be normal for a sleep pattern though I'm not sure.

13-30 the average amount of restlessness? I thought I'd read it was more like 8-10 for Fitbit users but everything I'm seeing when I try to check suggests adults can briefly wake 10-30 times per night.
I'm averaging 31 times a night, with a range that spans from 20-52 and always wake up wiped out. Whether that's because of the number of times I wake, or something else is something that isn't clear. (I get about 2% less Light Sleep, 3.5% less REM Sleep, 4% more Deep Sleep, and 30 minutes more total sleep than the average Fitbit user in my bracket).
