Does anyone else nightly Oxygen variation graphs have small orange spikes on like mine?

I'm worried about sleep Apnoea but I have no other symptoms. 
It’s not every night maybe 3/7 or sometimes a few days without any spikes then a couple of nights in a row with some orange high spikes.

Anyone had this and NOT had sleep apnoea?!
