I just wanted to ask how long I should wait for a response of any kind, and if there is anywhere else I can post to get assistance? I posted a few days ago (admittedly on the first of this month so maybe there is a holiday break in this forum?) but not had any response. I dont mind contacting elsewhere for support if anyone knows where I should be going to? Please note it needs to be online and not a phone line. Thanks.
