How long to wait for feedback/guidance

I just wanted to ask how long I should wait for a response of any kind, and if there is anywhere else I can post to get assistance?  I posted a few days ago (admittedly on the first of this month so maybe there is a holiday break in this forum?) but not had any response.  I dont mind contacting elsewhere for support if anyone knows where I should be going to?  Please note it needs to be online and not a phone line.  Thanks.

@Shelle02   This a a moderated user-to-user help site.  I can't help you, because I don't use a Pixel watch.  I can try to help you by moving your other post to the Android app forum.  You have a device/app issue.  If you don't get an answer, you can contact Support for more help.  There is a link to Support at the bottom of the page.  Tap on Product Help, then Get Support.
