Restauration Rates. Which are yours?

Hi! I´m a woman 48 and my "Frecuencia cardiaca durmiendo" it´s in general too high. I´m usually above 20 which does not allow me to a quiet sleep. I want to share it with you in order to know if the same happens to anybody else. Thanks!
